Feast in the Flower Fields
The 'Feast in the Flower Fields' long table dinner event will be held Saturday August 17th amidst the rows of organic flowers at River & Sea Flowers on Westham Island, Delta. The event will raise funds for the Vancouver Farmers Market's charity: Fresh to Families Fund. Connecting people to fresh local farmers market products, the Fresh to Families Fund reduces food insecurity and allows access to nourishing food.
This evening will have a gorgeous family-style meal prepared by the team at 'Bar Bravo' (who just won Vancouver Magazine's "best new restaurant of the year" award!). The local and organic focused meal features Vancouver farmers market vendors (such as Cropthorne organic vegetables, Creekside Cheese & Creamery, Merci Boulangerie bread, and Take a Fancy Chocolate) and will be paired with Scout Vineyards natural wines.
The event begins at 6pm with a welcome to the organic farm. Dinner will be a gorgeous and delicious coming together of people, place, and purpose. Dessert will be served during a full moon rise to cap off the night.

All net proceeds from ticket sales of this event will be directed to the Fresh to Families Fund and tax receipts will be issued after the event.
