Yes Shef: An Unforgettable Evening Celebrating Women in the Food and Beverage Industry
As a celebration of women in Vancouver’s food & beverage industry, Yes Shef will feature the culinary creations and beverage pairings from over 20 female-identifying chefs, sommeliers and bar professionals.
Yes Shef is the collaboration between participating chefs and student apprentices from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. This mentorship program empowers the next generation of culinary talent by providing hands-on coaching and guidance in the creation and execution of a tasting item served up at the event.
Attendees will be treated to a reception-style format, featuring over 20 food and beverage tasting stations, guaranteeing a diverse and immersive culinary experience.
Proceeds from ticket sales will contribute directly to scholarships and the development of essential programming and resources that pave the way for the next generation of hospitality leaders.
