Owner, Jesse Daniel Phillips had suffered from IBD/IBS his whole life, until he discovered the magical healing properties of eating live cultured fermented foods. This began his journey to create healthy non-pasteurized foods. Philips is a university-trained chef who worked in many facets of the industry before working in the film industry. With his return to food, he came up with Booch Queen. He started with Kombucha and then his product list grew. Phillips's gut health has never been better and most of his previous symptoms have vanished.
