The Garden Bistro at Peak Cellars starts with our 100% estate grown, Lake Country wine portfolio. Utilizing fresh ingredients from our 1/2 acre garden, greenhouses, vineyard orchard and berry bush rows, Chef Scott Gearing and team provide our guests with a truly, unique wine country dining experience. Pizza and burgers to wine paired menus, something for everyone.
