Tea: Farmed and Foraged

They use them in the teas they blend as owners of Namasthé Tea Co.
Living a nomadic lifestyle that gets them as close to nature as possible, Raphaëlle Gagnon and Mark Coelho travel throughout Northern B.C. and the Rockies in a 1967 baby blue stainless steel bus they've converted to their living space, hauling a 99-squarefoot mobile studio.
They use the studio to distill the plants they forage and wildcraft soaps, toners, lip balms and other bodycare products.
When Victor Vesely and his wife, Margit Nellemann first moved from Vancouver to their farm in Duncan, they started growing herbs, flowers and vegetables that they sold at farmers' markets.
But for the past nine years, they've been growing and perfecting the first truly Canadian grown tea.
