Avi Gill and his wife, Binny, top left, wanted to honour the legacy Karma Gill had built for more than 30 years, growing a 200-acre apple and cherry orchard.
They also wanted to move beyond the traditional farm model, so they came up with the idea that would give the farm a second life — a fruit soda company called Farming Karma Fruit Co.
