The Coastal Foragers Cookbook: Feasting Wild in the Pacific Northwest is a compilation of dozens of recipes ranging from Oregon grape cocktails to nettle pesto to truffle honey macaroons. Its organized by the seasons and offers plenty of advice for new or expert forager.
