Chef David Barzelay and sous chef Tim Jacob (shown bottom right) of San Francisco's award-winning restaurant Lazy Bear prepared three courses for the night. They worked collaboratively with the Botanist team on the dessert course.
“My biggest inspiration comes from working with amazing chefs — from chefs and their,” says Vish Mayekar, (shown bottom left with Milan Djordjevich, Stoney Paradise Farm), head chef at Caffe La Tana and Pepino’s Spaghetti House. “Doing collabs gives me joy, right from the first phone call.
