Olive Oil & Recipe Tasting with Emily Lycopolus, sommelier
Guided through an official olive oil tasting, this is a deep dive into the world of olive oil. You’ll walk away knowing how to effectively choose a quality olive oil and be confident in your purchasing decisions.
From sharing fun unique ways to incorporate this historic, healthy and delicious ingredient in everyday life, we’ll dive into olive varieties, growing regions, and you will taste examples of the various oils and vinegars in recipes you can recreate at home.
Emily Lycopolus, an Olive Oil Sommelier, will spend 90 minutes describing the oils as you taste them, tell you their character and story, and make recipe suggestions. In our 90 minutes together, there will also be lots of time for Q&A.
