SUYO con Amigos: SUYO Modern Peruvian x Bar Haifa
Chef Ricardo Valverde and the team at SUYO are thrilled to announce their new chef collaboration dinner series “SUYO con Amigos” where they’ll be welcoming amigos from the Vancouver culinary community.
This one-night-only dinner series begins on March 14, where the team at SUYO (the indigenous Quechua word for “homeland”) welcomes amigo Chef Jason Hemi of Bar Haifa into the kitchen to offer a multi-cultural culinary love letter to their respective homelands.
