Butter Baked Goods

Butter is the vision of Rosie Daykin, who has been baking up a storm ever since she was old enough to hold a wooden spoon. She is and always has been a girl with a plan. From the ripe old age of 6 she had already begun to envision the bakery she hoped to one day own. Marriage, a baby and a career in interior design came first but in September of 2007 she was able to realize her childhood dream. At Butter you will find all the yummy baked goods you remember from your childhood, made from scratch every day using only the best ingredients in everything produced. The greatest care is taken and no detail overlooked to make sure that everything at Butter tastes as good as Mom would have made!

In September of 2012 the Butter Baked Goods Cafe moved to its new home at 4907 Mackenzie Street, Vancouver BC. Still nestled on the Westside, just a stone's throw from the original location Butter is now able to offer a light breakfast and lunch as well as all the delicious baked goods they are famous for. October 2013 saw the release of Rosie's first cookbook,  Butter Baked Goods, which was an immediate national best seller. Rosie's second book, Butter Celebrates was released in October, 2015 and it too was the number one bestseller in Canada within weeks of it's publication.  Please come for a visit Monday through Saturday, 8:00am to 5:30pm and Sunday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Start your day with one of Butter's delectable muffins or scones and one of the best coffees in town!
