Escape to Cobble Hill and Unwind with Sips & Scents

At Cobble Hill Winery, they intertwine innovation with reverence for nature, pioneering new varietals and championing biodynamic and regenerative farming practices. Grounded in Dylan Sheldon's diverse winemaking legacy, their wines are elegant symphonies crafted to elevate every occasion and each meal. Cobble Hill Winery is committed to unwavering excellence, reflecting the beauty of its vineyards and the spirit of its enthusiastic team.

Once known as Damali Lavender Farm and Winery, this historic estate was acquired by owners Stephen and Tricia in the spring of 2023 and is experiencing a renaissance with a full-scale renovation of the winery, tasting room, and gardens. The planting of nearly 2,000 vines includes varietals, such as Grüner Veltliner, Albarino, and Verdelho.

Tracing its roots back to 2006, the vineyard veterans of Cabernet Libre, Castel, Siegerrebe, and Pinot Noir thrive on the cobble-sloped soils. Beyond the vines, the farm has 15 distinct varieties of lavender and boasts a bounty of figs, plumbs, apples and peaches. Cobble Hill is also home to two Saanen goats named Beatrice and Benedict.

Cobble Hill Winery provides a unique setting. Visitors are invited to wander beyond the vineyard, sip wine in the gazebo or walk the labyrinth for a rejuvenating experience. Their sustainably harvested lavender is transformed into various products, allowing you to carry the enchanting aroma and memories of Cobble Hill wherever you go.
