Life, vine and wine flow in harmony.

A family owned and operated vineyard and winery at the beginning of the world renown Naramata Bench. The Borren family purchased the 17 acres estate in 2011. With the involvement of their 4 sons, for whom the winery is names, they set to reviving this neglected property and operated solely as a vineyard for the first 6 years selling their grapes to other wineries.

Retaining a portion of their 2017 harvest, Four Shadows made its first vintage of Pinot Noir and Merlot with assistance from Tightrope’s Lyndsay O”Rourke. The 2018 harvest added Chardonnay, Riesling and Rosé to their portfolio under the guidance of wine making consultant Pascal Madevon. Their growing wine portfolio saw a Sparkling Riesling and a Zweigelt added in 2021. All of their wines are crafted from grapes grown on the estate only.

Their boutique style tasting room on the Upper Bench in Penticton opened in the Spring of 2019 and is the perfect place to try their wines for the first time, or to revisit them again. Wine tastings are offered daily form May thru October indoor or on their newly renovated outdoor patio. For the full experience, schedule a tasting today.
