Klippers Organics began as a small 5-acre Certified Organic farm, created by co-founders Kevin and Annamarie Klippenstein. With a history in the restaurant industry, Kevin was eager to get involved with the other side of food production and help directly produce the food that people eat.

Annamarie grew up with organic farming and realized the importance of producing healthy, fresh food from an early age. Her parents, Hans and Mary Forstbauer, were renowned across BC for pioneering organic farming methods, with the Forstbauer Natural Food Farm becoming one of BC's first practicing organic and biodynamic farms in 1977. Mary Forstbauer went on to become the founder and president of the Certified Organic Association of BC, president of the BC Association of Farmers Markets and an advocate for GMO labelling.

The once small 5-acre farm has expanded into the 60-acre farm that it is today. Kevin and Annamarie, and the rest of the Klippers team, work proudly to ensure that Klippers Organics has a positive impact on the community by offering apprenticeships, and other educational programs as well as providing healthy produce to customers, on site, through Vancouver farmers markets, and local restaurants.

Klippers Organic Acres is home to:

Untangled Craft Cider - After 17 years of farming in Cawston, and enjoying making their own cider, the Klippensteins decided to start a new project - create a cidery! In early 2019, they received their license to start production, and Untangled Craft Cider was born. The folks at Klippers Organics embrace field to table and a tree to tap philosophy.  They use their own fruit, grown sustainably, to create the unique and natural craft ciders.

Row Fourteen Restaurant at Klippers - Being situated on a regenerative farm, allows Row Fourteen to bring the term 'farm-to-table' to a whole new level. Thanks to it's location, their dishes are extremely seasonal and nutritious as well as economically and ecologically sound. Furthermore, with a strong focus on British Columbia (the Interior, in particular), Row Fourteen is proud to work with and support many local producers whose values align with their own. From celebrating local world-class wines to welcoming wild foods foraged in the surrounding hills to embracing animals raised with care; the restaurant is committed to creating and maintaining partnerships that respect entire ecosystems.

Klippers Guest Suites - Nestled right in the heart of the Similkameen Valley, Klippers Organics offers spacious and luxurious accommodations in Cawston, BC. Their guest suites feature scenic views, complimentary WiFi, an in-suite kitchen, and convenient access to BC's Okanagan and Similkameen wine regions. Feel right at home in their suites - each one includes a private entrance, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area allowing you to truly relax during your stay.

Klippers Market & Café - Klippers Organics are so excited to share with you their newest venture and addition to the Klippers Organics family. At their marketplace you will find an array of fresh produce and preserves from their farm. Alongside the produce you can find other grocery items including local cheeses and fresh flowers a full service coffee and smoothie bar and delicious baked goods.
