Le Meadow's Pantry

A small-batch preserving company based in East Vancouver -- Le Meadow's Pantry finds inspiration in local fruits, honey and botanicals.

All of their preserves are made traditionally with the highest ingredients -- jams and marmalades are cooked in French copper preserving pans, 12 jars or less at one time. Their artisan jams are always first and foremost about the fruit, they don't over-sweeten or over-flavour, and each jar contains at least half a pound of fruit!

Cooking jams and marmalades in tiny batches is more work, but this is how they achieve such delightful and luscious preserves
