The Water St Café has been proudly operating as an independent restaurant in historic Gastown for over 30 years. Here you’ll find exceptional hospitality, a menu inspired by the West Coast with Italian influence, an expansive BC wine list, and a view of the famous Gastown Steam Clock. The culinary team works with local suppliers to bring in the freshest products that BC has to offer.
