Creamy caramelized onion dip
This recipe is warm and gooey enough to say goodbye to your old onion dip. One recipe is great for a couple on a movie night, but you’ll want to double or triple when you’re entertaining a crowd.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces Brie cheese, skin removed
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup milk or cream
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ cup caramelized onions

- Add the grated Gruyère over the top of the cheese mixture and place under the broiler until it starts to bubble and darken, roughly 5 to 10 minutes.
- Remove from the broiler and let sit for a few minutes. Garnish with chili oil, fresh lemon zest and a squeeze of lemon juice and a pinch of fresh herbs. Serve with crackers, crostini, fresh baguette or sliced apples and pears.
